Nurdles are tiny plastics that serve as raw material in the manufacturing of plastic products. Nurdles are washing up on our beaches, riverbanks, and lake shorelines by the millions, causing as much damage as oil spills.

CLEAN UP MARINE DEBRIS

This Wednesday, March 30, from 9am - 12pm help Galveston Bay Foundation remove and catalog marine debris on the Texas City Dike. Email sfrancis@galvbay.org to sign up.

JOIN A VOLUNTEER TEAM

COUNT NURDLES

Be a Citizen Scientist by looking for and counting nurdles along the bayou, river, bay or gulf. Visit www.nurdlepatrol.org to learn how.
